*Please Note: In order to qualify for a fuel voucher, you must be on a prepayment meter and show proof of your meter balance (which must be £5 in credit or under), bring Proof of ID (ideally photo ID), and Proof of address (a recent letter, bill, bank statement, council tax bill, or tenancy document).
Advice Drop-In
This 30-minute appointment-based service helps individuals:
- Apply for or appeal benefits such as:
- Universal Credit
- Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
- Mandatory Reconsiderations
- Reduce energy bills
- Access grants for essential appliances
- Debt advice referrals – information support to 3rd party organisations
