If you have passed by the Dusty Forge on a Wednesday evening at 7pm, you may have heard music, laughter and singing from our exciting Bouncefit Class. Our lovely instructor Bethan Jones has very kindly given taster sessions to the community, free of charge, for people to come and have a go! Once inside, the atmosphere gets you hooked!
The classes run each week at the Dusty Forge from 7-8pm, at a reduced cost of only £4.50, or 1 Time Credit for the first 6 Time Credit users (first come first served basis).
