A two thumbs up event, complete with: an outdoor performance of Romeo and Juliet; face-painting; arts and crafts; a BBQ and don’t forget the Montague and Capulet Ducks.
ACE / Communities 1st were supported by Taking Flight Theatre for this year’s Shakespeare’s production of Romeo and Juliet, a romantic tragedy ‘between two households in fair Verona’ and was part funded by the Arts Council of Wales ‘Night Out’ fund. This year’s Secret Event was a Timeplace (Time Credit) activity, part of the Summer Spend week along with Lego club, transport to St Fagan’s fun educational sessions and the Sherman 5 performance of ‘The Hunting of the Snark’.
