ACE is working with local GPs and health services to support local patients to get more involved in local health and wellbeing activities and services. We are hosting two events for anyone who is interested in getting involved to find out more.
The South West Cardiff Primary Care Cluster is a group of local GP practices and other local health and wellbeing services who work together for the communities of Ely, Caerau, Canton and Riverside. ACE – Action in Caerau and Ely are helping the ‘Cluster’ to meet with local patients to gather views and involve patients in their work. Lots of good work is happening already but we would like to involve more people – come to one of our events and find out what it’s all about!
