The National Emergency Briefing brings together leading experts and concerned citizens to encourage UK decision-makers to step up their response to the escalating climate and nature crisis.
The ‘People’s Emergency Briefing’ is a 45 min film that brings together the evidence from UK experts regarding the key issues related to the climate and nature crisis. In a clear and understandable way, the evidence is presented and in each section we hear people’s reactions to:
- Nature, Climate, Tipping points,
- Weather, Food Security, Health,
- National Security, Economics, Energy Transition.
The film is designed to bring together people from across local communities to discuss with each other how to respond.
After the film we will facilitate a spend 45 mins discussion, exploring:
- What do we feel about this?
- What are the key points?
- What do we or I do next?
