Christmas Closure 2024
ACE will close both Our Place: Dusty Forge and Caer Heritage and Learning Centre from 4.00pm on Monday 23rd December and will reopen on Thursday 2nd January 2025.
We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
We are offering an extended Crisis Hour on Monday 23rd Dec, between 9.00am to 3.00pm, for emergency fuel and food vouchers, and to coincide with the last local Foodbank Distribution in Ely.
Crisis Hour will re-open Friday 3rd January 10am, and will resume the following week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 10am to 11am.
For those needing help with energy, we will need to see a picture of the remaining balance on your meter in order to process claims. Bring this picture – as claims cannot be processed without it.
Health & Wellbeing services will be unavailable from 4pm on Monday 23rd December until Thursday 2nd January.
